AdminLess — a Singapore tech house for social service agencies

Less paperwork. More people helped.

We are a small Singapore team. We write the plan, build it, switch it on and look after it.

Without AdminLess, one number is typed four times. With AdminLess, it is entered once. A hand-drawn story in three parts. Without AdminLess: a spreadsheet feeds a typed report. The report is emailed to the funder. A correction comes back and is typed into the same spreadsheet again. Pencil notes read “re-keyed”, “which version?” and “sent twice”. Then AdminLess steps in, marked by a green stamp, and the loop greys out and shrinks. With AdminLess: one green line with three steps. One intake, entered once. One record that updates itself. The funder return, already done. Beside the line a counter reads 40 hours back this month. That figure is illustrative, not a client result. WITHOUT ADMINLESS ONE NUMBER, TYPED FOUR TIMES SPREADSHEET TYPED REPORT EMAIL TO FUNDER CORRECTION FROM THE FUNDER BACK INTO THE SAME SPREADSHEET re-keyed which version? sent twice ADMINLESS STEPS IN WITH ADMINLESS THE SAME WEEK, WRITTEN DOWN ONCE HOURS BACK THIS MONTH ILLUSTRATIVE ONE INTAKE, ENTERED ONCE ONE RECORD THAT UPDATES ITSELF THE FUNDER RETURN, ALREADY DONE

The admin nobody funds

Five jobs we have already built, or watched being done by hand.

Funder reporting

We build one place for the numbers. The return comes out in the funder’s format.

Scheduling and attendance

We put timetables, sign-in and certificates on one screen, then look after it.

Intake, case notes and follow-ups

One record from first visit to close. Reminders send themselves, so nothing sits waiting.

Registration and waitlists

Sign-up, confirmation and the waitlist run on their own. We set them up and keep them running.

Members, donors and receipts

Member and donor records keep themselves up to date. Receipts go out the same day.

If one of these is your week, we start there — and we put it in writing first.

How we work

End to end, in writing. One team from first call to last bug.

Nothing is built before the plan and the price are agreed.

01

Talk

45 free minutes. We map one process, and you leave with the plan and the price, or a straight no.

02

Plan

A written plan with a fixed price, agreed before anything is built.

03

Build

We build in-house. You see it working every week, not at the end.

04

Switch on

We set it up, copy your data every day, and train your staff on it.

05

Look after

Bugs fixed and small changes included. One feedback round every three months.

Agreed in writing

We agree in writing what we will build, before every pilot. Anything extra is quoted first, never a surprise bill.

Who we’ve built for

Two Singapore agencies are inside it today.

PPIS converted after a six-month pilot. SG Assist is piloting now.

PPIS

One place for all the numbers, in place of reporting built by hand in spreadsheets, for a family services agency.

Piloted for six months, now on an annual plan.

SG Assist

Trainer scheduling, classroom attendance, and a page where learners check their certificate. Built for a non-profit supporting seniors, carers and persons with disabilities.

In pilot. Nothing is signed yet.

We name a client only with their permission, and we publish no numbers from their work.

What it costs

Start with a fixed-price pilot. Continue only if it works.

Charity and agency prices. Other organisations are quoted separately.

Two-month pilot: S$2,000.

Fixed price, agreed in writing, building included. Carry on and we take it off your first three months.

We agree in writing what we will build, before every pilot. Anything extra is quoted first.

Up to 80% can be co-funded by NCSS.

The pilot includes the first build — not just the assessment. NCSS’s Transformation Sustainability Scheme pays up to 80% of software built for one agency, up to S$150,000. We write the quote and the written plan the application needs.

Who can apply: a social service agency registered for at least two years, with a current OHFSS assessment. Apply through OurSG Grants. Checked against ncss.gov.sg on 9 September 2026.

Who you’re dealing with

A small Singapore team that stays.

One team

We are a small Singapore team. The person who plans your build builds it, and answers the phone afterwards.

Where we come from

We are backed by Create4Good, raiSE and Enterprise Singapore. We spent two years building legal software first.

Your data

Your data stays in Singapore and meets Singapore’s personal-data rules (PDPA). If you ever leave, you take the code and the data with you.

Questions we are asked

Six questions we answer before every pilot.

We don’t have anyone technical. Is that a problem?

No. That is who this is for. We build it and look after it; you tell us how the work is done today.

What happens if you disappear?

The code and the data are yours, in writing. A written handover is part of Switch on, so another team could pick it up.

Can this work with what we already use?

Yes. Excel, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and the files you already keep. We fit around them rather than replace them.

How long does a pilot take?

Two months, at a fixed price, with a written list of what we will build agreed before we start.

Do you help with the grant?

Yes. We write the quote and the written plan the application needs. We have been through the NCSS process before. Every email gets a reply within one working day.

Where is our data kept?

In Microsoft’s cloud in Singapore, or on our own server in Singapore. You choose, and it is written into the plan.
